Vince, a Cuban from Miami, and Hollie, a Hendersonville native, are fulfilling their dream of opening a Cuban food truck. Vince is thrilled to share his culture and heritage through traditional Cuban dishes, while Hollie is excited to put her southern flare and charm on this unique culinary adventure. Their passion for food, culture and family is the driving force behind Cuban Cracker Family Kitchen.
