Big news, cafecito lovers: we’ve officially launched Cuban Cracker Coffee Co, and our first baby is a bold, beautiful espresso roast called ¡DALE! (that’s Cuban for “let’s GO” or “drink this and do amazing things”).

You’ve probably already tasted it on our food truck—where it fuels our cafecitos, café con leches, cortaditos, and coladas—aka the rocket fuel of Cuban life. But now, you can take the magic home.

We didn’t settle for just any beans. We caffeinated our way through tastings with roasters near and far until we found an amazing local roaster who helped us create the perfect flavor profile: rich, smooth, and zero bitterness. One sip and BOOM—you’re basically in a noisy Miami cafeteria, ocean breeze in your hair, people honking before the light even thinks about turning green.
