What started as a family-run Cuban food truck is becoming a permanent restaurant inside Futbol5 Sports Complex in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

We're bringing the food, coffee, culture and Miami flavor you've come to know from our truck into a place you can visit five days a week.

Cuban Cracker Family Kitchen was built around the food we grew up with—the kind of food that brings everybody to the table.

Our Hendersonville restaurant will feature many of the favorites you've found on our food truck, including our Cuban Sandwich, Media Noche, Pan con Lechón, Mojo Chicken, Picadillo, Cuban bowls, pastries and Cuban coffee.

Expect bold flavors, slow-roasted meats, pressed sandwiches, cafecito and plenty of mojo.

No passport to Miami required.

From a Food Truck to a Hendersonville Restaurant

Cuban Cracker started with a simple idea: share a little bit of Cuban and Miami culture through food.

That idea turned into a food truck traveling throughout Hendersonville, Nashville and Middle Tennessee serving neighborhoods, breweries, universities, businesses, festivals and community events.

Now we're putting down roots.

Our first brick-and-mortar Cuban Cracker Family Kitchen is opening inside Futbol5 in Hendersonville, giving us the opportunity to serve the community that supported us from the beginning.

We're still the same family behind the counter. We just finally have more room.

What's on the Menu?

Our Hendersonville restaurant menu will be centered around the Cuban and Miami-inspired food Cuban Cracker has become known for.

You'll find favorites such as Cuban sandwiches, Media Noches, Pan con Lechón, Mojo Chicken, Picadillo, steak, Cuban-style bowls and rotating traditional Cuban specials.

We'll also have pastries, desserts and Cuban coffee.

And yes—there will be cafecito.
